Meet John | Baldwin, MI

We are proud to announce that our USWHPRO family has expanded once again! Our newest technician, John, will become the head of our Michigan service department in the coming months, following his A.O. Smith University Commercial Water Heater and Boiler Start-up Certification. John is currently based in Baldwin, Michigan, bringing almost 20 years of mechanical experience to the table: with 19 years in the HVAC-R industry and an Associate’s Degree in HVAC-R from Ferris State University, the nation’s top school for HVAC-R! (Be sure to check out John’s pictures from his recent visit to his alma mater below!)

In addition to John’s HVAC-R experience, his career has also led him to work on hundreds of residential and commercial water heaters. He hopes to provide top quality service in and around his community, as well as to grow the A.O. National commercial service availability throughout the state of Michigan. John already has quite a bit of experience with A.O. Smith water heaters and aspires to show customers the value of their water heaters, in turn, helping manufacturers increase their local growth.

Outside of his career, John is a father, explorer, and a supporter of local small businesses. He and his sons enjoy camping, fishing, and kayaking throughout Lake County, which has 156 lakes, 7 rivers, and 46 streams! Some of John and his family’s favorite local spots are: Big Al’s Pizza, Barski, and Northern Exposure.

Stay up to date with us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for more developments on John and our other service areas!
